Thrilled to announce that I’ll be performing the role of Maria Rainer in The Sound of Music in NYC in April / May 2023.
Originally from Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, Australia, Eloïse moved to New York in 2015.
After having completed a degree in Theater at the Australian Institute of Music, she completed a postgraduate degree at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music majoring in Jazz Voice.
Since relocating to New York, Eloïse has been performing regularly throughout the city, making appearances at Birdland Jazz Club, Don’t Tell Mama, The Duplex and Cleopatra’s Needle.
Career highlights include performing at Carnegie Hall, the Sydney Opera House, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and starring as Princess Jasmine in the Indonesian touring production of Aladdin.
^^That’s Eloïse’s “professional” bio. Eloïse the human being is actually far more interesting...
In reality, Eloïse is a down-to-earth, strong-willed and fun person who has many varied interests.
She enjoys cooking many different cuisines, makes a whole range of incredible baked goods (including the most delicious cookies known to man), plays many different instruments (piano, guitar, flute, piccolo & accordion) and teaches music to adults and children.
She loves spending time in nature, especially in the ocean with a surfboard!
When Eloïse is far from the ocean, as is the case currently whilst she resides in New York City, she cruises around on a skateboard or a bicycle in Central Park.
Having lived most of her adult life in New York, Eloïse was inspired to become an entrepreneur and as a result, started multiple successful businesses. One of these was a tour company in which Eloïse would lead visitors to NYC to the city’s most famous landmarks including The Statue of Liberty, The Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center and many Broadway Theaters.
Unlike her fellow millennials, Eloïse despises social media. However, since it is a necessary evil, you can find her instagram feed below… She’ll try to post more frequently!
